Inbound call routing to ApaloSim
All ApaloSIM SIMs have a standard UK mobile number in-bundle across all UK Networks.
Calls to this number are routed directly to Apalo, and then to your PBX. You can use your own call recording and voicemail and have full control of the number as if they’d called a DDI
You can send the call straight to the registered SIP device, which will ring the ApaloSIM mobile, flowing through your own platform.
Outbound call routing
All calls made from the SIM are routed directly over the UK’s largest Mobile Voice Network.
These calls are delivered to your PBX as if they were made from any SIP device, taking full advantage of your PBX functionality and ensuring policies, such as call recording, are applied to all calls.
Your PBX delivers the calls to their final destination, either a local extension or routes them onwards to the PSTN via your chosen carrier(s)
Calls originating from your team’s mobile devices can present their DDI, or your main switchboard number as this is controlled by your PBX.
